Our Winter Hoodie was one of our two very first products (the other being our 4-Pocket Pants). They were designed as a set, something you could wear to the outdoor rink. A hoodie that would keep you warm, have space for everything you need to carry and have that classic look of a hockey jersey.

The fit of the Winter Hoodie is very relaxed, with a dropped shoulder and oversized arm holes. It's long in the body and arms too, so that taller people don't need to size up in order to get the length they need. This also results in some people finding the length too long, and in that case, we are happy to customize the garment to fit.

Since we use the same 340GSM fabric for all of our clothing, the warmth of the hoodie is achieved through the construction. The Winter Hoodie has a double layered wrap-around shoulders, double layer hood and triple layered pockets. It feels heavy on the body in comparison to our Summer or Fall styles.

The Winter Pullover Hoodie features cell phone pockets on either side of the kanagaroo pocket, which will fit your cell phone and keep it from falling out.

The hoodie features 5-thread serged and topstitched seams throughout, for maximum durability and longevity.

This hoodie is good in the fall, spring and winter, but is not wearable in the summers. If you're looking for a year-round hoodie, the Summer and Fall hoodies are more appropriate. If you're looking for a durable, structured and distinctive hoodie for cold temperatures, this is the one.

The Winter Zip Hoodie has all of the same features of the Winter Pullover Hoodie, except it is even warmer due to the wide French Terry facing on the zipper backing, which adds another layer of warmth at the front of the body. It's a great a piece that can be worn for the colder seasons, but would be too hot in the summer.

Many people who don't like wearing coats will wear the Winter Zip Hoodie as their main outer layer in the colder months, especially if it is paired with a vest. It's a favourite hoodie for long walks.

Dimensionally, it fits the same as the Pullover, but it is slightly shorter in the body length, since we decided to standardize the zipper lengths into 2" increments between sizes. The Pullover is unconstrained by zippers, so its length is slightly longer in every size.

Our 2-way metal zippers are custom manufactured for us by Riri in Switzerland. They have a smooth pull, with beautiful, durable hardware.
