FRÈRE DU NORD is a brother & sister team here to give you beautifully constructed, thoughtfully designed, 100% made in Canada clothing, so that you can live your every day in comfort.

Everything is made right here in our Oshawa factory, by a single person from start to finish. You can see it all happen because our factory is integrated into our retail store. Complete transparency about how your clothes are made.

We are having our Winter Pre-Production Sale from now until October 26th 11:59pm. Things to keep in mind:

• Orders will take 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending on how crazy this gets. Please be OK with this!

• Custom pattern orders will be accepted as long as we have made the pattern for you in the past. Please be OK with these taking the longest to ship. Make sure you state you want your custom pattern to be used -- we can't tell if you'd like your pattern or if you are buying it as a gift, so please make it clear in your order notes at checkout.

• If you need something ASAP (vacation outfit, birthday), please tell us and we will let you what is possible.

• Patchwork, hand-painted items & tie-dye are not included in the sale, since they are our most labour intensive items and are not a part of regular production.

• PRE-SALE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY As this pre-production sale is meant to be for our loyal customers that are familiar with our garments, we will not be accepting returns for any pre-production sale items (unless there is a problem with the garment, of course). However, we are happy exchange within 20 days after Christmas. Exchange is subject to a $10 shipping fee for the new item to be sent out. We will issue a free return label for the unwanted item to be sent back. Any item can be exchanged like-for-like. For example, if you purchase a pair of 4-Pocket Pants as a gift for Christmas, and the person prefers a size up, we will exchange them for you and all you pay is the $10 shipping fee. If you'd like to exchange for a different style, we will apply the price you paid to the regular price of the new style and either charge or refund the difference, plus $10 shipping. Hope that makes sense! We are trying to be as flexible and fair as possible!
