Refund policy

We really want you to be happy with your purchase! If there's ever a problem, we'll make it right! Any of our regular items can be returned to us in the same condition as they were received for a full refund or exchange, and we will pay for shipping! During the lifetime of the garment, if there is ever an issue with the workmanship, we will either repair or replace it for you, depending on what makes sense for the particular issue. In short — we will do whatever it takes to make you happy!

Please note, there are NO returns or exchanges on custom garments, save for workmanship issues.

We want your FRÈRE DU NORD clothes to last forever, so if you wear them out, rip them or stain them, we are happy to freshen them up with small refurbishments for free if you bring them by our store. Often we can get the work done while you wait! If you need to ship, please get in contact with us, and we can provide you with a return label & ship out your repair for $20CAD total ($10 shipping both ways).

There are no returns or exchanges on items that are discounted as a part of a Pre-Production (Pre-Order) Sale.
