Our french terry is a mid-weight 340GSM 100% cotton with matching rib that is 95% cotton and 5% Lycra.

All of our fabric is lightly brushed on the loop side for softness against your skin. We wash & dry our fabric at high temperatures prior to cut & sew to ensure maximum shrinkage is removed.

Our fabric is knitted, dyed & finished in Canada.

Lightweight but snuggly

This isn't the hoodie you want to wear when it's +30C, but it is the perfect cool day or summer evening hoodie. The french terry fabric is lightweight enough not to be bulky but keeps it's shape and is absolutely warm. I love the thick cuffs and can't keep this hoodie washed often enough to wear as much as I'd like! For those under 6'0" who like a shorter hoodie, this may not be the way to go, I'm 5'9" and it covers my bum with plenty of room, but if you want a piece with full coverage then you've found the one for you! It'll also be perfect as a layering piece for the cooler months.

My OG FDN purchase. I bought this in 2018 when the FDN factory was still in south Oshawa. I've been a supporter ever since. I wear this hoodie on a weekly basis.

Perfect canvas for tie dye!

I originally bought this in natural and loved it. And then, Milena started tie dying things...She helped create a custom tie dye pattern with vibrant colours and now I wear my summer hoodie on especially grey days and it makes everyone who sees it happy! Fit is classic and comfortable.
