This Once & Gone Forever item is a custom pair of Medium 4-Pocket Pants with no cuff. It has a custom length of 32" (extra long), a custom rise of 1" extra. Please see the measurements in the Fit Info below. We are also happy to put a cuff on these at no extra cost. Cuff will add up to 3.75" of extra length, and we can modify the total length to your specs. Theses pants are made out of our NEW Heather Grey dye lot.
These would be good for someone that wants a higher rise than our regular Medium pants, and needs an extra long inseam, or just wants a customized inseam. Any questions, please send us a note using the form below.

Our 4-Pocket Sweat Pants are high waisted and endlessly comfortable, with slim tailoring in the leg and double pockets on each side for all of your items. Designed, cut and sewn in our factory in Oshawa Ontario, with fabrics custom made for us in Canada.

- Front pockets are lined with rib for breathability and bulk reduction.
- Cell phone pockets lining both front pockets
- Rib gusset for mobility and ventilation.
- Flatlocked inner leg seams for a smooth finish
- 5-thread serged and topstitched side seams - for durability and longevity.
- 3/8" drawcord available in natural cotton or black cotton.
- Heavy woven 2" elastic floating waistband

Rise - 12.5" (Front), 14.5" (Back) - Total Rise is 27" (same as our Large 4-Pocket Pants)
Inseam - 32"; Outseam 42.5" (same as our Large 4-Pocket Pants)
Body - regular Medium fit (hips max 41")
Our french terry is a mid-weight 340GSM 100% cotton with matching rib that is 95% cotton and 5% Lycra.
All of our fabric is lightly brushed on the loop side for softness against your skin. We wash & dry our fabric at high temperatures prior to cut & sew to ensure maximum shrinkage is removed.
Our fabric is knitted, dyed & finished in Canada.
